Electronic Services was established in 1996 by Philip Hardman, where he carried out TV repairs from a small 200sqft unit, using the family car to collect the TVs he was repairing.
Although very humble beginnings Phil never lost sight of his vision, which was to provide excellent customer service for a price that wouldn’t break the bank, principles which the company still stands by today.
Fast forward 4 years and the business moved to a larger 1000sqft unit. By this time Phil had taken on one full-time admin staff member and one full-time engineer.
Shortly after moving to the new premises, Electronic Services won a contract to carry out all the brown good (TV’S) warranty repair work for Samsung in the South Wales area, this was quickly followed by winning the contract for Panasonic.
To handle the work coming in two more engineers and one more admin staff member was added to the team. In 2009 we moved to a purpose-built 5000sqft unit, and we’re still there today.
Having a purpose-built state-of-the-art service centre has enabled us to carry on Phil’s original vision, which is to provide excellent customer service at a competitive price.

As a family-run business, we pride ourselves on providing a personal service. Engineers arrive at a pre-arranged time that’s convenient for our customers, driving a company van, wearing the company uniform and always wearing identification.
