Electronic Services was established in 1996 by Philip Hardman, where he carried out TV repairs from a small 200sqft unit and the family car to pick the TV’s up.
Although very humble beginnings Phil never lost sight of his vision, which was to provide excellent customer service for a price that won’t break the bank, principles of which the company still stand by today.
After 4 years working from the small 200sqft unit it was time to move to a larger 1000sqft unit. By this time Phil had taken on one full time admin staff member and one full time engineer. Phil’s hard work was starting to pay off. Shortly after moving to the new premises Electronic Services landed the contract to carry out all the brown good warranty repair work for Samsung in the South Wales area, this was quickly followed by winning the contract for Panasonic. In order to handle the work coming in two more engineers and one more admin staff member were added to the team. In 2009 we moved to a purpose built 5000sqft unit where we are still located today. Having a purpose built service centre with state of the art facilities enables us to carry on Phil’s vision from when he started out, which is to provide excellent customer service at a competitive price.
